• Ability to work with customers, Merchandising and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities & Context:

Blue Creations Limited, a concern of Sterling Styles Limited, is looking for a competent and experienced Senior Executive to join its Sample Department. The position will be responsible for supporting buyer-focused sample development, sustainable washing practices, product quality, and innovation. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with Buyers, Merchandising and cross-functional teams in a dynamic garment manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:
Handle buyer accounts and sample development according to customer requirements.

• Manage different types of sample washing, including feasibility study and product risk analysis.

• Develop and implement sustainable wash recipes as per buyer requirements and product specifications.

• Coordinate with customers, Merchandising and relevant internal teams for sample development and approval.

• Ensure desired garment quality and required testing parameters through laboratory testing as per buyer requirements.

• Conduct research and support innovation initiatives related to garment washing and sample development.

• Perform other related responsibilities assigned by management.
