UTAH Group of Companies. a renowned 100% export-oriented knit composite company of the Bangladesh is looking for an experienced, dynamic and highly potential professional as Data Analyst - Internal Quality Audit, located at Gazipur.
Key Responsibilities
Track and report key RMG quality metrics, including Defects per Hundred Units (DHU) and Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) pass/fail rates.
Extract & consolidate daily cutting, sewing, and finishing quality data from factory floor logs.
Analyze 4-Point fabric inspection logs and trim audit reports to identify raw material defect trends prior to production.
Design / Graph and maintain interactive Power BI and Excel dashboards to display real-time quality KPIs for factory leadership.
Conduct statistical root cause analysis on recurring garment defects, stitching errors, and wash variances across sewing lines.
Audit internal quality control SOPs and inline/end line inspection workflows across all manufacturing units.
Collaborate with QA, Production & IE teams to formulate and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Perform automated data monitoring to detect anomalies in fabric wastage, garment rejection rates, and cut-to-ship ratios.
Automate daily and weekly quality data extraction processes to eliminate manual reporting errors and speed up insights.
Audit pre-final and final buyer inspection results against internal QA data to identify variance and compliance gaps.
Evaluate operator-level and line-level defect patterns to identify training needs and process bottlenecks.
Quantify and track the financial impact of rework costs and non-productive time (NPT) caused by quality failures.
Validate the data accuracy and integrity of paper-based and digital audit logs recorded on the factory floor.
Monitor section-wise compliance with international Quality Management Systems (QMS) and buyer-specific technical standards.
Perform predictive risk analysis on complex or new garment styles prior to launching bulk production runs.
Analyze & Prepare quality reports to Senior Management.
