• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): AUDIT AND INSPECTION, Electrical Drawing, Electrical Safety, Industrial Electrical Systems, Industrial Electrical Wiring, Industrial Safety Audit or any consultancy farm.

• Technical and practical engineering proficiency in Electrical Engineering

• Experience of maintaining the safety codes/standards and understanding BNBC, NFPA 70, 70B, 70E, BS/IEE regulation will be considered as an advantage

• Leadership and team management skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Computer proficiency with MS office and Auto Cad.

• Good Knowledge on LEED Certification related work and practice.  

• Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills to manage information and documentation for many individual factory corrective action plans.

• Very clear concept on BNBC, NFPA, RSC, NIRAPON electrical guideline.

-Ensure Scheduling and Execution of Factory Inspections based on RSC NIRAPON CAP correction plan and electrical safety assessment.

-Ensure factories to mitigate potential electrical safety hazards and associated risks

-Ensure design, drawings and perform analysis and calculations where necessary with related software (Auto CAD, etc.) as per RSC and NIRAPON guideline.

-Ensure ER, IR, Thermal report making of all the factories in the group.

-Ensure the safety assessment of Diesel Generator, Boiler, Compressor, AC, VRF System, HVAC System, Chiller, Pump, Solar System & Substation Transformer, Switchgear, LT Panel, MDB, DB, PFI, BBT System Sewing machines, Flat Knitting machines, Washing machines etc.

-Perform and prepare report for RSC and NIRAPON audit purposes ER, IR, Thermal, LPS design, Yearly substation check, Electrical training, safety training, safety awareness, Transformer Oil test report, Yearly machine maintenance schedules, Boiler Hydraulic test report, Pressurized vassal test report and related documents for LEED practice.

-Ensure all maintenance activities comply with factory safety, compliance and LEED requirements.

-Ensure the installation, relocation, and commissioning of new machines when required as per Electrical code and standard.

-Ensure and perform new factory setup with maintaining BNBC Code, IEC, BS, NFPA Standard, RSC, NIRAPON and LEED Requirements.

-Experience of boiler designing/installation will be considered as an advantage

-Sound understanding of all safety regulations and norms for working in boiler rooms

-Ability to read and understand hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical drawings and schematics
