Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct in-line and process quality inspections.
Monitor sewing line quality and workmanship standards.
Identify defects and take immediate corrective action.
Coordinate with Production, IE and Quality teams to control defects.
Conduct process audits and follow up on quality issues.
Ensure buyer quality requirements and approved samples.
Maintain quality inspection records and prepare reports.
Support root cause analysis and preventive action.
Monitor DHU, defect rate and rework/rejection levels.
Ensure quality checkpoints are properly maintained throughout production.
