Responsibilities & Context:

Implement Lean Manufacturing tools such as 6S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Continuous Improvement.
Drive the adoption of Lean methodologies such as 6S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety), Kaizen (continuous improvement), and Value Stream Mapping.
Train and coach factory staff, operators, and line supervisors on lean principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Analyze, map, and streamline manufacturing processes—from cutting to finishing.
Increase production capacity and efficiency by reducing lead times, optimizing machine utilization, and minimizing Work in Process (WIP) levels.
Utilize data, time studies, and production reports to monitor improvements and identify new opportunities for waste reduction.
