Merchandiser to ensure finished products passed through the entire production lifecycle process are delivered to the Buying house at the appropriate time and consistent with the brand.

Serves as coordinator for the assigned buyers, facilitating decisions on approval of product from creation to production, coordinating, managing communication between buyer representatives and the organization, etc.

Candidates will get preference who have working experience with Kontoor, Interspot, LPP, Costco, & Other reputed buyers.

Follow up an order from product development to shipment.

Responsible for accompanying buyers on visits to manufacturers to appreciate production processes.

Achievement of Customer satisfaction, proper production planning to achieve the targeted production, and on-time shipping the goods.

Must have sound knowledge in consumption & costing.

Setting KPI for the department as well as an on-time shipment plan also.

Maintaining good relationships with vendors for the best quality trims/accessories to develop samples.

Frequent visits to the factory for development & production follow-up, various meetings & quality inspection.

Maintaining development & shipment data with all relevant & required information.
