Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 35 to 45 years
  • Minimum 7–12 years of experience in the garment industry.

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in a managerial position in Finishing Quality for woven garments.

  • Strong experience in Shirts and Pants production and quality management.

  • Experience working with international buyers and handling buyer inspections.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Lead and manage the Finishing Quality team to ensure quality standards are achieved throughout the finishing process.

  2. Monitor and control all finishing quality activities, including trimming, pressing, folding, packing, and final inspection.

  3. Ensure products meet buyer specifications, approved samples, measurement standards, and quality requirements.

  4. Conduct and supervise Final Random Inspections (FRI) and Pre-Final Inspections.

  5. Analyze quality reports and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to reduce defects.

  6. Coordinate with Production, Finishing, Merchandising, Industrial Engineering (IE), and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.

  7. Ensure compliance with AQL standards and buyer quality protocols.

  8. Monitor shipment readiness and ensure quality approval before shipment.

  9. Investigate customer complaints and quality claims and implement corrective actions.

  10. Develop quality improvement plans and train quality inspectors and finishing personnel.

  11. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports to management.

  12. Ensure adherence to factory compliance, safety, and quality management systems.

  13. Support buyer visits, third-party inspections, and audits.
