Responsibilities & Context:
Correspondences with customer daily basis.
CPO/FOB list Update.
Managing PO deliveries weekly and following week.
Ensure shipment booking and production follow up with factory weekly.
SO creation follow up on SAP soon after receive new order.
Correspondences with development team to ensure BOM up to date on SAP.
Checking MTR-list of each style to ensure booking qty’s to procurement team and follow-up daily.
Follow-up with procurement team to ensure to place fabrics/trims booking and in-house status.
Sending cutting target sheet to cutting and ensure full fabric utilization.
Submit Inspection booking to customer.
Production sample follow up and sending to customer & ZS.
