• B.Sc./Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.

• Preferred background: Textile Engineering / Science.

• Experience in sewing production and line operations will be preferred.

  Additional Requirements

• Knowledge of order changeover protocols and startup management.

• Strong line-level troubleshooting and deviation control skills.

• Knowledge of sewing ergonomics and standardized economic hand motions.Understanding of workstation setup and production methods.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Knowledge/interest in Artificial Intelligence and digital production systems will be an advantage.

1. Monitor daily production targets, output gaps, and cycle-time deviations across assigned production teams.

2. Lead sewing order changeovers following the approved changeover protocol.

3. Verify machine calibration, attachments, and technical readiness before production startup.

4. Ensure compliance with standard work methods, economic hand motions, seam alignment, quality-at-source, and 5S practices.

5. Support operators during style changes and assist them in adapting to new production methods.

6. Monitor production stoppages, identify root causes, and take immediate corrective action.

7. Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve production bottlenecks and minimize downtime.

8. Escalate unresolved production issues and delays to the appropriate authority.

9. Support productivity improvement and efficient production flow.
