• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry

• Age At least 24 years

• Sound knowledge of textile physical testing methods and international testing standards (ISO, ASTM, AATCC, BS, etc.).

• Familiarity with laboratory quality systems and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet testing turnaround times.

• Strong communication skills and a positive team-oriented attitude.

• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

1. Perform textile physical testing in accordance with international standards, customer specifications, and laboratory SOPs.

2. Conduct assigned laboratory tests accurately while ensuring compliance with quality requirements and turnaround time.

3. Maintain laboratory equipment, testing instruments, and work areas in good operating condition.

4. Record, verify, and maintain testing data and laboratory documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.

5. Monitor Quality parameters and participate in internal quality assurance activities.

6. Support report preparation and communicate testing progress with internal coordinators and relevant stakeholders.

7. Assist in method validation, proficiency testing, and laboratory accreditation requirements where applicable.

8. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational targets and continuous improvement initiatives.
