Experience:
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM from any reputed University.
2 years’ experience in the related field
Proficiency in Microsoft office and excellence in IT& E-mail communication.
Problem solving & decision-making skills within the shortest possible time.
Possess excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill.
Able to work under pressure in a team with responsibility. Candidate working or having worked in Hospital management will get preference.
Ability to work well under strict deadlines.

Job Responsibilities
To prepare job descriptions for faculty and administrative positions.
To post job advertisements and manage applications.
To assist in shortlisting candidates and coordinate interviews with department heads.
To assist in hiring faculty members and staff.
To prepare appointment letters and employment contracts.
To conduct orientation programs for new faculty and staff.
To explain university policies, rules, and HR procedures.
To maintain employee personal files and records.
To assist in salary processing and payroll preparation.
Manage benefits such as medical allowances, provident fund, and bonuses.
Keep records of salary revisions and increments.
To monitor attendance records of employees.
To maintain attendance and leave databases.
To support performance appraisal systems for faculty and staff.
To coordinate annual evaluations and performance reports.
To help management in identifying training needs.
To arrange training workshops, seminars, and professional development programs for faculty and employees.
To ensure employees follow university policies and HR regulations.
To handle employee grievances and complaints.
To maintain positive work relationships between management and employees.
To support disciplinary procedures when necessary.
To maintain proper employee documentation and HR records.
To prepare HR reports for top management.
To execute any other assignment as and when required by the competent authority.
