Smile Food Products Limited is seeking dynamic, enthusiastic, and career-oriented fresh graduates to join our team as Trainee Officers. The selected candidates will undergo a structured training program designed to develop professional knowledge, technical skills, and leadership competencies. Upon successful completion of the training program, candidates may be confirmed in a permanent Officer position based on their performance and organizational requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Participate in the company's structured training program.
Learn and understand departmental operations, business processes, and company policies.
Assist in daily operational and administrative activities.
Prepare reports, presentations, and required documentation.
Analyze data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions as assigned.
Complete assigned projects within the stipulated timeline.
