Education:
    • Masters
Professional training/certification in CSR, Social Compliance, OHS, ISO Management Systems, Labor Law, or related fields will be an added advantage.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 32 years
  1. 5–7 years of relevant experience in CSR/Compliance.

  2. Experience in Packaging, Garments, Textile, Footwear, or Manufacturing industry is preferred.

  3. Practical experience in FSC, SMETA (SEDEX), customer social compliance audits, and CAP management is mandatory.

  4. Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Act, Bangladesh EPZ Labor Rules-2022, buyer Codes of Conduct, and international social compliance standards.

  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  6. Strong documentation, report writing, and presentation skills.

  7. Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  9. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple audits simultaneously.

  10. Excellent command of written and spoken English.

  11. Positive attitude, integrity, and ability to work independently and in a team.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, Bangladesh EPZ Labor Rules-2022, buyer Codes of Conduct, and company CSR policies.

  2. Coordinate and prepare for FSC, SMETA (SEDEX), customer audits, and other third-party assessments.

  3. Maintain compliance documents, records, policies, procedures, permits, and statutory registers.

  4. Conduct internal compliance audit and identify improvement opportunities.

  5. Prepare, monitor, and follow up Corrective Action Plans (CAP) and ensure timely closure.

  6. Monitor workplace conditions, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) and legal compliance.

  7. Coordinate with all departments to ensure compliance with customer requirements and legal obligations.

  8. Prepare compliance reports, presentations, and management updates.

  9. Perform any other compliance-related responsibilities assigned by management.
