• Age At least 32 years

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation for both office and factory staff

• Ensure compliance with the Bangladesh Labour Act and Labour Rules across all locations

• Handle payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management for office and factory employees

• Oversee performance appraisals and employee records

• Manage compensation, benefits, and HR MIS reporting

• Handle employee/worker relations and grievance resolution

• Coordinate with factory management on manpower planning and welfare compliance

• Support development of HR policies as the company grows
