  • 5 to 10 years of progressive HR & Admin experience, with at least 3-4 years in a supervisory or senior executive role

  • Solid understanding of local labor laws, HR policies, statutory compliance, and payroll functions

  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms, attendance tracking systems, vendor management tools and MS Office / Google Workspace.

  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, multi-tasking, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion

To strengthen our Corporate and technical as well as marketing team, we are looking for dynamic, passionate and result oriented professional for the following positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and oversee seamless onboarding for new hires

  • Employee Relations & Culture: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee grievances, foster a positive culture, and drive employee engagement initiatives

  • Performance Management: Coordinate annual/bi-annual performance review processes, assist managers with KPIs, and implement improvement plans

  • Compliance & Labor Laws: Ensure all HR policies, employee records, and practices comply with local labor laws, safety standards, and statutory regulations.

  • Payroll & Benefits Support: Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, payroll processing inputs, and employee benefits administration

  • Training & Development: Identify training needs, organize learning initiatives, and track professional development programs

Office & Operations Administration:

  • Facility & Office Operations: Oversee daily office operations, facility upkeep, vendor management, and office lease/maintenance contracts.

  • Procurement & Inventory: Manage administrative budgets, negotiate vendor terms, and oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.

  • Asset & Compliance Management: Maintain fixed asset inventories, manage official company documentation, licenses, and insurance policies.

  • Event & Travel Logistics: Supervise company event planning, internal town halls, and business travel arrangements for staff/executives.
