PGD-HRM will get preference.
Sound Knowledge in BLA 2006 with all ammendments.
Hands on practice in MS Office Suite
Hands on experience in HRIS
Usage of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools
Assist in CV Screening, Recruitment & Selection Procedure:
CV screening & Respond to incoming resumes as required & appropriate
Identifies qualified candidates by co-ordinating resume processes, preparing interview forms and conducting reference checks
Conducts interviews and coordinate & Provides administrative support for recruitment & selection procedure (as per hotel policy).
Offers position to selected candidates
Prepares and maintains current recruitment status reports
Ensure employee services & communication:
Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service
Ensure HR events as per calendar:
Prepare HR Event calendar, Maintain –Arrange & Coordinates HR Event like Staff Birthday/Night Staff Breakfast etc (including Banquet reservation, menu selection, food arrangement etc).
Coordinate and arrange Reward –Recognition program such as Radisson star of the month/ supervisor of the quarter/ Manager of the quarter etc.
Take initiative in special events arrangement such as Annual gift distribution, Ramadan Hamper distribution, Staff picnic, Blood Donation program, etc.
Receive all guests with courtesy
Prepare various certificates, Bravo Letters, Regret Letters, confirmation letters and outside correspondence letters.
Issue Medical referral form & keeping records.
Keep records of all the distributed letters.
Be an active member of social committee and involve in various social activity like fund raising for different natural calamities
Communicating & keeping relationship with different organizations who are working for the development of the deprived community.
Maintain staff safety and hygiene:
Inspect cafeteria to ensure proper food & hygiene
Check regularly food comments and inform to ADOHR&T time to time for corrective measures
Promote workplace safety in working places
