Job Context:

A reputed Group of Companies is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced Executive / Sr. Executive (HR & Compliance) to strengthen its Human Resources and Compliance team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in HR operations, labor law compliance, factory compliance, employee relations, recruitment, and audit coordination. Candidates with experience in manufacturing or garments-related industries will receive preference.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations.

  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, orientation, confirmation, promotion, and employee separation processes.

  • Maintain employee personal files, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Act, Labour Rules, and company policies.

  • Coordinate and successfully manage buyer compliance audits, social compliance audits, follow-up audits, and surprise audits.

  • Conduct internal compliance audits and factory inspections to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.

  • Prepare, maintain, and update all compliance-related documents, records, policies, and procedures required for audits.

  • Coordinate certification audits including ISO, GRS, Sedex/SMETA, BSCI, WRAP, ICS, FEM/FLSM and other customer or regulatory certifications as applicable.

  • Organize compliance training, fire drills, health & safety awareness programs, and employee orientation sessions.

  • Coordinate Safety Committee, Participation Committee, Welfare Committee, and other statutory committee activities.

  • Monitor legal compliance related to labor, health & safety, fire safety, environment, working hours, wages, benefits, and employee welfare.

  • Prepare CAP (Corrective Action Plan) and ensure timely implementation and closure of audits findings.

  • Maintain compliance-related records, licenses, certificates, and statutory documents.

  • Conduct employee orientation, awareness programs, and training sessions.

  • Handle disciplinary issues, grievance management, and employee relations.

  • Prepare HR reports, monthly manpower reports, and other management reports.

  • Perform any other HR & Compliance-related duties assigned by management.
