Responsibilities & Context:
Build and improve Application Security, API Security, WAF, and Cloud Security capabilities.
Perform vulnerability research, security testing, and threat analysis.
Work with SAST, DAST, vulnerability detection, and security automation.
Develop security rules, detection mechanisms, and automated security workflows.
Work with WAF/reverse proxy technologies such as Nginx, HAProxy, Caddy, Coraza, ModSecurity, and OWASP CRS.
Analyze application, API, network, and security logs.
Contribute to AI/LLM, Agent, and MCP security initiatives.
Collaborate with software engineers to build secure-by-design products.
Contribute to security architecture, best practices, and mentoring.
