Responsibilities & Context:
Design, develop and deploy Reports dashboards with BI tools (Microsoft Power BI).
Interpret data, analyze results and provide ongoing reports.
Develop and supply strategic reporting, including: quarterly summaries, monthly trends, week-over-week analysis, and daily reporting.
Develop trend reporting on data inaccuracies to help operations leadership in seeking to understand root causes.
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Ability to write complex SQL queries, and perform data analysis.
Maintain data warehousing solutions.
Maintain close relationships with stakeholders to extract requirements and understand the business needs.
Uses data patterns and trends to root cause operational gaps and inefficiency, and develop solutions in collaboration with teams.
