B.Sc./M.Sc. degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a related field.

• Food chemistry and microbiology knowledge

• Microsoft Office proficiency

• Develop new food and beverage products from concept to commercialization.

• Improve existing products to enhance quality, taste, shelf life, and cost efficiency.

• Conduct laboratory experiments, formulation trials, and sensory evaluations.

• Prepare product prototypes and coordinate pilot-scale production trials.

• Analyze ingredients, raw materials, and packaging compatibility.

• Ensure products comply with food safety regulations and applicable standards.

• Prepare product specifications, formulations, and manufacturing instructions.

• Work closely with Quality Assurance to validate product quality and stability.

• Conduct shelf-life studies and maintain accurate R&D documentation.

• Research market trends, consumer preferences, and emerging ingredients.

• Evaluate alternative ingredients for quality improvement and cost reduction.

• Support production during new product launches and process transfers.

• Troubleshoot formulation and production issues.

• Coordinate with procurement for ingredient sourcing and supplier evaluations.

• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure safe laboratory practices.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
