Responsibilities & Context:
Payroll Management
· Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
· Maintain payroll records, benefits, allowances, and statutory deductions.
· Coordinate with audit and accounts for payroll reconciliation and reporting.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Full-Cycle Recruitment
· Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring and regular positions.
· Develop job descriptions, publish job postings, and screen candidates.
· Conduct interviews and coordinate selection processes.
· Maintain recruitment pipelines and hiring reports.
Documentation & HR Compliance
· Maintain organized HR documentation including employee files, contracts, and policy documents.
· Prepare HR reports and documentation as management requirements.
· Develop and update SOPs, and internal guidelines.
Employee Records & HR Operations
· Maintain accurate employee database and HRIS systems.
· Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
· Manage leave records, attendance tracking, and employee documentation.
· Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Strategic Support
· Support senior management in HR planning and workforce management.
· Contribute to policy development and HR process improvement.
· Coordinate training and staff development initiatives.
