Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and maintain salary structures and pay grades.

  • Conduct market salary surveys to keep compensation competitive.

  • Review and recommend salary adjustments, promotions, and increments.

  • Manage annual salary review and bonus processes.

  • Ensure internal pay equity and compliance with company policies.

  • Design and manage employee benefits programs (health insurance, allowances, retirement plans, etc.).

  • Coordinate with insurance providers and benefit vendors.

  • Handle employee benefits enrollment, claims, and queries.

  • Review and improve benefits packages to attract and retain employees.

  • Develop and update compensation and benefits policies.

  • Ensure policies comply with labor laws and company standards.

  • Communicate compensation policies to employees and management.

  • Maintain compensation and benefits databases.

  • Prepare HR analytics reports (salary cost, benefits cost, headcount cost).

  • Analyze compensation trends and provide recommendations.

  • Support HR leadership in C&B budgeting and forecasting.

  • Monitor benefit expenses and salary costs.

  • Explain salary structures, benefits, and allowances to employees.

  • Resolve compensation and benefits related issues or complaints.
