Responsibilities & Context:

The Manager – HR Business Partner (HRBP) and operation is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business needs, working closely with leadership to drive organizational performance, culture, and employee engagement. This role will engage in the full life cycle of Human Resource Management, from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee development, performance management, and exit management.

  • Lead and manage the full life cycle of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, retention strategies, and exit processes.

  • Drive talent acquisition initiatives and workforce planning aligned with business needs.

  • Manage employee relations, resolving issues with fairness, transparency, and compliance.

  • Lead organizational development and change management programs.

  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new employees locally and globally

  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.

  • Oversee performance appraisal process, ensuring consistency and fairness.

  • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management and improvement plans.

  • Manage compensation and benefits administration to ensure competitive and equitable packages.

  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

  • Work closely with the top management and implement the action on groud level
