The Senior Associate – Business Development (Training Sales) is responsible for driving business growth through the promotion and sale of the Group's training programmes, professional certifications, consulting services, accreditation programmes, conferences, and technology solutions. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, developing strategic relationships, converting sales opportunities, and achieving assigned revenue targets while contributing to the expansion of the Group's global market presence.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up.
Promote and sell professional training programmes, certification courses, accreditation programmes, consulting services, conferences, memberships, and software solutions.
Convert enquiries into confirmed registrations and long-term customer relationships.
Identify and develop opportunities within corporate organizations, government agencies, universities, training providers, and individual professionals.
Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal discussions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to maximize repeat business.
Develop strategic partnerships with universities, corporate organizations, and training partners to expand market reach.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up of all leads and opportunities.
Coordinate with the Marketing and Operations teams to maximize campaign effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Support the promotion and sales of conferences, webinars, workshops, certification programmes, and special events.
Prepare quotations, proposals, sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence for management review.
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all customer interactions are properly documented.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and governance requirements.
Execute additional business development initiatives and strategic projects assigned by management.
Revenue generated against assigned targets.
