Responsibilities & Context:

The Deputy Manager, Business Development (Sales) will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, supporting sales initiatives, and contributing to the achievement of the group's revenue objectives.

  1. Generate new business opportunities and contribute to overall group revenue growth.

  2. Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  3. Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships and business relationships.

  4. Promote and sell the group's training, certification, accreditation, consulting, and software solutions.

  5. Support the expansion of university partnerships and accreditation programs.

  6. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, training providers, and professional communities.

  7. Conduct sales meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and business development activities.

  8. Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow up of leads and opportunities.

  9. Support the planning and execution of conferences, webinars, workshops, and business development events.

  10. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to maximize business opportunities and client satisfaction.

  11. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence for management review.

  12. Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate sales documentation.

  13. Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and governance requirements.

  14. Execute strategic initiatives and special projects assigned by management.

  • Revenue generated against assigned targets.

  • Number of new clients acquired.

  • Strategic partnerships signed.

  • Conversion rate from leads to sales.
