Responsibilities & Context:
  • Drive culture-shaping initiatives that embed organizational values and reinforce desired behaviors across all SBUs.

  • Design and implement behavior reinforcement frameworks and institutionalize respectful communication norms.

  • Lead change management initiatives for digital transformation, structural realignment, process automation, and strategic shifts.

  • Develop structured change roadmaps covering awareness, alignment, adoption, and sustainability stages.

  • Conduct culture diagnostics, change readiness assessments, and sentiment analytics to guide leadership decisions.

  • Design and execute employee engagement programs including annual engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and eNPS measurement.

  • Lead employee experience initiatives across the lifecycle including onboarding, development, recognition, and exit insights.

  • Build structured onboarding journeys covering pre-boarding, induction, and 30-60-90 day experience integration.

  • Develop internal communication strategies, town halls, and culture storytelling initiatives aligned with leadership priorities.

  • Design recognition frameworks and engagement calendars aligned with business cycles and organizational goals.

  • Lead organizational occasion celebrations and cultural events that strengthen employee belonging and corporate identity.

  • Collaborate with PMS, Talent Management, HRBPs, IT/ERP, and Sustainability teams to integrate culture and engagement initiatives with HR strategy.
