Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 36 years

8–12 years of progressive HR experience.

Minimum 3 years in a managerial HR role.

Experience in engineering, EPC, renewable energy, manufacturing, construction, or industrial organizations will be preferred.



Responsibilities & Context:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified talent.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

  • Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.

  • Maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.

  • Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation.

2. HR Operations & Administration

  • Ensure smooth daily HR operations.

  • Maintain employee personnel files and HRIS/database.

  • Supervise attendance, leave management, and employee records.

  • Ensure proper documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.

3. Performance Management

  • Manage the annual performance appraisal process.

  • Coordinate KPI/KRA development and implementation.

  • Monitor employee performance improvement plans.

  • Support managers in performance coaching and talent development.

4. Compensation & Benefits

  • Coordinate payroll inputs with the Accounts/Finance Department.

  • Manage salary revisions, promotions, incentives, and benefits administration.

  • Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend competitive compensation structures.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory benefits and company policies.

5. Policies & Compliance

·         Monitoring & supervising all the legal issues for contracts/agreement with the client.

·         Ensure that project contracts have preferred contractual protections and that standard terms are used

·         Provides feedback and manage project contract terms in alignment with company policies and commercial objectives.

·         Ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, and statutory registrations.

·         Supervision and documentation of all official agreement, License and others .

·         Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
