Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Individual for our Talent Acquisition Team who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the sales force of Akij Venture Group. This role includes conducting walk-in interviews, coordinating corporate interview sessions handling pre/post-joining formalities, and ensuring a seamless on-boarding experience. Additionally this position requires periodic travel outside Dhaka for recruitment activities and supporting various HR functions as assigned by the supervisor.

Routine/Regular Job:

  • Organize and conduct walk-in interview for Sales Forces recruitment

  • Corporate Interview coordination       

  • Ensure smooth on-boarding and orientation for new hires

  • Maintain & update the recruitment database

  • Follow up pre/post joining formalities      

  • Assist in Interview Call    

  • Utilize various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals etc. to attract potential candidates)

Non-routine/Periodical Job:

  • Conduct Walk-in Interviews at outside of Dhaka
