  • Top-notch analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in both Bengali and English.


Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

We are a leading footwear export manufacturing company. We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and strategic Compliance Manager to lead our compliance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all factory compliance, workplace safety, and international buyer audits.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and manage the factory compliance team and safety committees.
  • Oversee and successfully execute international buyer audits (e.g., BSCI, SEDEX, Brands' custom audits) to ensure high scores.
  • Ensure absolute compliance with the Bangladesh Labour Act, Rules, and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and implement factory policies for Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
  • Create Corrective Action Plans (CAP) based on audit findings and ensure timely implementation.
  • Maintain strong communication with international buyers, compliance auditors, and government authorities (DIFE, Fire Service, DoE).
