Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Skills Required: Commercial

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fully responsible for the procurement & sourcing of different kind of products from local as well as from international market, negotiations with the supplier, comparison of pricing, compliance check etc.
∎ Responsible to manage the import and export documentation globally (Bill of Lading, AWB, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, COC etc.).
∎ Handle with global freight forwarder, C&F agents etc.
∎ Fully responsible for opening L/C, TT, Banking account Operation, Bank Guarantee, Performance Guarantee documentations etc.
∎ To keep & maintain all kind of project, Import & export, banking, VAT, TAX related records.
∎ Fully responsible to manage the company project documentation, licensing, renewals of all kind of business licenses (Trade License, IRC, ERC, Fire, VAT, TAX, etc.)
∎ Responsible to coordination with the clients for collections, payments, bill preparations and submissions.
∎ Responsible to support to the technical team for different kind of tender documents preparation and bid submissions
∎ Co-operates with suppliers (Local & Foreign) for shipment schedule and timely shipment-related information.
∎ Prepare purchase order, work order, bill and others for the smooth operation of department.
∎ Maintain the company project office expenses and control the expenses

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Commercial related experience and documentations in 100% export oriented company.

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ As per company police.
