∎ Coordinating between different department such as engineering, quality & store for ensuring desirable performance.
∎ Perform such other duties as the Management from time to time may assign.
∎ To ensure finished product handover to store at the end of the shift.
∎ Planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees and initiating, trains, and mentors' employees.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience at list 7/8 Years, (foreign experience preferable).
