We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and experienced HR professional to lead our Human Resources & Administration functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and execute HR & Administration strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Establish and continuously improve HR policies, SOPs, systems, and organizational practices.

  • Design organizational structure, workforce planning, and manpower budgeting.

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, confirmation, and employee lifecycle management.

  • Develop employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.

Performance Management

  • Design and implement KPI/KRA-based performance management systems.

  • Lead performance appraisal, increment, promotion, and talent review processes.

Learning & Development

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA).

  • Develop leadership, employee development, and succession planning programs.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Develop and administer salary structures, incentive plans, employee welfare, and benefits.

HR Operations

  • Supervise attendance, leave, personnel files, HR documentation, HRIS, and payroll coordination.

  • Ensure employee records remain accurate and confidential.

Employee Relations

  • Handle disciplinary actions, grievance management, investigations, and conflict resolution.

  • Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labour Act, Labour Rules, and statutory requirements.

  • Coordinate with government authorities regarding labour inspections, licenses, and compliance matters.

Administration

  • Lead office, factory, and facility administration.

  • Manage security, housekeeping, transport, utilities, and company assets.

Business Partnership

  • Work closely with department heads to optimize manpower utilization.

  • Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, manpower analysis, and strategic reports.

  • Lead HR digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support organizational transformation and business expansion projects.
