Experience:
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Diploma in Computer Engineering with relevant experience may also be considered.
Experience Requirements:
Sr. IT Executive: 3–5 years of relevant experience.
IT Executive: At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, e-commerce, or call center environments will be preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, networking, and system administration.
Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, and Wi-Fi management.
Experience with CCTV systems, VoIP/IP telephony, CRM platforms, and IT infrastructure management.
Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and data backup solutions.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to critical system issues.
Willingness to travel between Head Office and Factory whenever required.
Key Responsibilities:
General IT Operations
Provide day-to-day IT support to all users in factory, head office, and call center.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop PCs, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Manage user accounts, access controls, and system backups.
Ensure smooth operation of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
Monitor and troubleshoot network issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain IT asset inventory and perform regular audits.
Install and update software and operating systems as required.
Factory IT Support
Maintain and support production-related systems, and label printers.
Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve system or network issues affecting manufacturing operations.
Head Office IT Support
Manage office network, printers, and server connectivity.
Support management systems, email configurations, and communication tools.
Ensure data security and backup management in coordination with the management.
Ensure uptime of call center systems including VoIP, softphones, and CRM platforms.
Monitor and maintain call routing, headset connectivity, and network performance.
Provide timely support to agents and supervisors for system access or technical issues.
CCTV Maintenance & Service
Regularly inspect and maintain all CCTV cameras and recording devices to ensure continuous operation.
Troubleshoot camera, storage, and connectivity issues.
Maintain CCTV footage archives and ensure compliance with data security and retention policies.
Coordinate with vendors for installation or warranty claim.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain detailed logs of IT issues, resolutions, and maintenance schedules.
Prepare periodic IT performance and incident reports.
Support internal audits and compliance requirements related to IT and data security.
