We are looking for an Executive, Quality Assurance to join our Call Center team and take ownership of that standard.

What you'll do:

• Audit daily calls across Inbound, Outbound, Complaint Management, and Digital desks

• Score agent performance against defined quality parameters and maintain audit records

• Identify recurring service gaps and share actionable feedback with Team Leaders

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for management

• Support agent coaching and training with real call examples
