Job Responsibilities

• Receive and make customer calls professionally.

• Confirm customer orders and update order information.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints politely.

• Follow up with customers regarding pending orders.

• Coordinate with the delivery and operations team.

• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM/ERP system.

• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service.

• Maintain customer satisfaction and achieve daily order confirmation targets.
