Job Responsibilities
- Outbound Calls
- Inbound Calls
- Receiving & Forwarding Calls through IP PBX
- Reception Duties
- Policy Information at CS Booths
- Receiving Customer Service Requests along with Documents
- Capture & Enter Personal Information of Policy Owners & Other Customer Data
- Meet, Greet, and Guide Walk-in Customers (Policy Owners, Personal Representatives, and Agency)
- Provide Policy Information & Help Filling Out Forms
- Receive Customer Service Requests along with Documents
- Deliver Documents / Cheques
- Capture & Enter Policy Owners Personal Information & Other Customer Data
- Perform any other Need-based and Value Addition call duties
- Perform all call-related administrative duties
- Receive Front Desk Support Services
