Job Responsibilities

Ability / willingness to Direct Sales Banking Products (All Sorts of Banking Products for Direct Sales).

Ability to sell Retail, Liability (Opening different types of CASA Deposit Accounts, Scheme Deposits and booking Term Deposits etc.), Credit Cards, Islamic Banking and SME products.

To achieve individual monthly sales target set by the management.

Ensuring client calls, keeping visit details and collecting required

information and documents from prospective customers.

Creating, building and maintaining sustainable relationship

with new clients by offering proper products and services.

Ensuring KYC and genuineness of all documents collected from the clients.

Preparing call report on daily, weekly & monthly basis.

Ensuring strict compliance of BGCB's rules, regulations and HR

policies.

Ensuring service excellence to the clients while providing

services.
