Job Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare competitive freight quotations and negotiate with customers.
Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, customers, and internal teams.
Ensure timely follow-up of export and import shipments.
Provide professional customer service and resolve client queries efficiently.
Work closely with the Operations, CRM, and Accounts departments to ensure smooth shipment execution.
Achieve assigned business targets and contribute to the company's growth.
