Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Identify, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities and leads
Present and demonstrate products and technical solutions to clients and prospects
Provide technical support and guidance to customers and prospects
Negotiate and close sales contracts and agreements
Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Report sales activities, progress, and performance to management
Plan and implement marketing programs, plans, and campaigns
Recommend product lines by identifying new opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activity
