Responsibilities & Context:
Respond to customer queries, comments, and inbox messages on social media platforms in a timely manner.
Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services, appointments, and promotions.
Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the relevant department when necessary.
Maintain professional, empathetic, and consistent communication with customers.
Track common customer concerns and share insights with the Marketing and Operations teams.
