Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the Bulk Sales Team to achieve sales and business objectives.
Ensure proper training, coaching, and development of all team members to improve sales performance.
Identify potential bulk customers and develop a strong and sustainable customer base.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans for bulk flour sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, institutional clients, and business partners.
Conduct regular market monitoring to identify market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Prepare regular sales forecasts and establish achievable sales targets for the Bulk Sales Team.
Develop new business opportunities and expand the company’s bulk flour market coverage.
