Responsibilities & Context:

●     Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with GIL's existing System Integrator partners.

●     Visit SI offices regularly across your coverage area to stay close to their business.

●     Understand each SI's upcoming projects, tenders, and product requirements before they become urgent.

●     Follow up consistently on quotations, orders, and purchasing decisions — nothing falls through the cracks.

●     Support SIs with accurate product information, pricing coordination, and stock availability.

●     Identify and onboard new SI partners to grow GIL's channel network.

●     Maintain a structured, disciplined follow-up system across all active accounts.

●     Coordinate internally with GIL's sales, product, technical, procurement, and management teams to get SIs what they need, fast.

●     Keep an eye on market activity and competitor movement within the SI channel, and share what you learn.

●     Travel within Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet, and Rajshahi as business needs require.
