• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Textile, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in garments marketing, print, embroidery, or textile-related business.

• Strong knowledge of printing and embroidery processes.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Experience with buyer communication and order development.

• Ability to achieve sales and business growth targets.

• Good computer and reporting skills.

• Develop new business opportunities for Print & Embroidery services.

• Communicate with buyers, buying houses, and potential customers for new orders.

• Promote company printing and embroidery capabilities to local and international clients.

• Prepare quotations, costing support, and follow up with customers.

• Coordinate with Production, Sampling, Merchandising, and Technical teams for order execution.

• Follow up on customer requirements, approvals, and delivery schedules.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing buyers and develop new customer networks.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

• Prepare regular marketing reports and sales updates.
