Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineeringor a related field.

Proven experience in an industrial engineering role within the garments or textile industry, including experience in process optimization and productivity improvement.

Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles and methodologies.

Proficiency in process modeling and simulation tools.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective leadership and team management abilities.

Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Process Optimization:

1. Production Analysis:

   • Conduct time and motion studies to analyze existing production processes and workflows.

   • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

2. Workstation Design:

   • Design and implement efficient workstation layouts to minimize unnecessary movements and optimize production flow.

   • Ensure ergonomic principles are applied to enhance worker comfort and safety.

Productivity Improvement:

3. Production Planning and Scheduling:

   • Collaborate with production planning teams to develop efficient production schedules.

   • Optimize machine and labor utilization to meet production targets.

4. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):

   • Develop and document clear and standardized operating procedures for various production tasks.

   • Train production teams on SOPs to ensure consistent practices.

Cost Management:

5. Resource Allocation:

   • Optimize resource allocation, including labor, machinery, and materials, to minimize costs.

   • Monitor and manage the usage of resources within budget constraints.

Continuous Improvement:

6. Kaizen and Lean Principles:

   • Implement Lean manufacturing and Kaizen principles to drive continuous improvement in production processes.

   • Lead or participate in improvement projects aimed at reducing waste and increasing efficiency.

Quality Assurance:

7. Quality Control Processes:

   • Collaborate with the Quality Manager to ensure that production processes meet quality standards and specifications.

   • Implement quality control checkpoints and measures.

Team Leadership:

8. Industrial Engineering Team Management:

   • Lead and supervise the industrial engineering team, including industrial engineers and process improvement specialists.
