• Bachelor’s degree from any reputed university.

• Textile Engineering / Industrial Engineering background will be given preference.

• Minimum 12–15 years’ experience in garments factory operation.

• At least 5 years’ experience in senior factory operation management position.

• Strong knowledge of woven outerwear / jacket production will be preferred.

1. Lead and monitor overall factory operation activities.

2. Ensure production plan achievement as per Planning Department target.

3. Monitor line-wise production, efficiency, productivity, and output.

4. Ensure proper coordination among Production, Planning, IE, Quality, Maintenance, HR, Store, Cutting, Finishing, and Commercial departments.

5. Control manpower utilization, overtime, idle time, and operational cost.

6. Ensure line balancing, bottleneck control, and daily production target achievement.

7. Follow up first two hours production performance and hourly production status.

8. Ensure quality standards, DHU control, and defect reduction.

9. Monitor machine downtime, technical breakdown, and maintenance support.

10. Ensure on-time shipment, production readiness, and next-day preparation.

11. Review daily MIS, production reports, and cost-control dashboards.

12. Implement SOPs, process discipline, and continuous improvement activities.

13. Report daily operational status to top management.
