We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing & Business Development professional to lead our sales operations and drive business growth in the IT sector/Branding. The ideal candidate must have strong field experience and in-depth knowledge of IT, Branding products and market dynamics.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Description

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans for IT/Branding product & services.

• Network Expansion: Expand the working network to increase market reach.

• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, authorization partner, and industry stakeholders.

• Performance: Achieve targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.

• Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitor analysis, providing intelligence reporting on challenging competitors.

• Promotions: Organize promotional campaigns and frequent field visits.

• Operational Reporting: Prepare reports and forecasts while coordinating with internal teams for smooth operations.

• Team Leadership: Lead and supervise the team, including conducting annual performance evaluations of subordinates.
