Job Responsibilities
Finding New Prospects & Customers for self-product line.
Identify and approach potential clients through networking, cold calling and other lean generation method.
Build and maintain relationship with existing customer to encourage repeat business.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Develop new market segments to increase revenue.
Conduct presentations, meetings, and discussions with potential clients to sell IT products, solutions, and services.
Identify market needs for current and future products/solutions through market research and customer engagement.
Stay informed on technical product specifications and functionalities.
Build and expand a portfolio of corporate clients.
Demonstrate IT equipment to highlight product benefits.
Provide after-sales support based on client requirements and feedback.
Negotiate sales and service contracts, including renewals, discounts, and warranties.
Track sales targets and document performance metrics.
Analyze and research industry trends to ensure competitive positioning.
Report to team leader for Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly activities.
Work closely with the team to align sales strategies regular knowledge update.
