Job Summary:
Noor Trade House is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Executive / Sr. Executive – Marketing & Sales (Pastry & Bakery) to drive business growth and market expansion. The role will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, promoting bakery and pastry ingredients, and achieving assigned sales targets through effective market coverage and customer engagement.
Experience Field:
Proven experience in Pastry & Bakery Marketing & Sales, with strong knowledge of bakery ingredients, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to develop customers and achieve sales targets.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.
Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Visit bakeries, pastry shops, confectioneries, hotels, restaurants, food manufacturers, and other potential customers.
Promote and sell bakery & pastry ingredients based on customer requirements.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable product solutions.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other necessary sales documents.
Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, payments, and outstanding dues.
Conduct regular market visits and collect information on competitors, pricing, products, and market demand.
Coordinate with Store, Accounts & Finance, and other departments for smooth order and delivery execution.
Conduct product sampling, presentation, and demonstration when required.
Support new product launches, promotional activities, and customer development programs.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and market visit reports.
Monitor sales performance and take necessary initiatives to achieve targets.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
