Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Executive / Sr. Executive – Marketing & Sales to join our team at Noor Trade House, a leading importer and distributor of premium international food brands in Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence in Modern Trade, HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering), and ensuring strong client relationships. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, along with the ability to drive revenue growth while upholding the highest standards of integrity.
Key Job Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and yearly sales and collection targets across Modern Trade, Corporate Sales, HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering) Food Service segments.
Drive product sales by promoting the full range of items marketed by Noor Trade House, with a special focus on slow-moving SKUs.
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding product range, pricing (subject to management approval), and promotional campaigns.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships while introducing and promoting new or priority products.
Take and process client orders from assigned territories, ensuring timely delivery, proper documentation, and smooth collection procedures.
Ensure daily and monthly order fulfillment with accuracy to meet company sales objectives.
Monitor and ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues, with strong emphasis on long-standing debt clearance.
Uphold the highest standards of integrity and honesty, strictly avoiding any unethical activities internally or externally.
Stay updated with product details, competitive pricing, industry trends, and supply chain processes.
Develop and execute action plans aligned with the fieldwork strategy to accelerate growth in assigned territories.
Generate and present detailed sales reports, client feedback, and market intelligence to senior management.
Support and coordinate with management in business development initiatives and special projects.
Carry out any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the management.
