Responsibilities & Context:
Promote the company`s broadband, corporate internet, and networking solutions.
Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, digital channels, and networking.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with residential, SME, and corporate clients.
Execute marketing campaigns, promotional events, and brand activation programs.
Maintain customer and lead records in the CRM system.
Monitor competitors` products, pricing, and marketing activities.
Support customer retention initiatives and follow up on customer feedback.
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing activity reports.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth service implementation.
